Alongside ECE Planning Consultants we have recently gained planning permission for the redevelopment of 21-23 Montague Street in Worthing, commercial space formerly occupied by Topshop.

The redevelopment of the site encompasses conversion, alterations, and first, second and third floor extensions to the existing building to accommodate two retail unts on the ground floor, 6no. 2-bedroom flats across the first and second floors, 2no. 1-bedroom and 1no. 2-bedroom flat on third floor and installation of 20 solar PV’s on the rooftop.
